Hey there, I’m Andrea Wells.

I’ve spent the past 18 years in the world of church and nonprofit leadership, wearing a lot of hats—but they’ve all had one thing in common: people. I love building strong teams, creating smart systems, and making volunteers, employees, and donors, or really any group of people, feel seen and like the MVPs they are. Over the years, I’ve led kids ministry teams, expanded global missions, built partnerships with churches and organizations, and designed systems that helped staff not just survive, but thrive. I’ve also had the privilege of cultivating meaningful donor relationships—connecting people to causes they care about and creating experiences that deepen their impact. For me, it’s always been about showing people they matter (and having a little fun along the way).

My passion for care runs deep. I grew up with incredible parents who modeled what it looked like to make people feel seen. And it wasn’t just me—they tangibly cared for thousands over the years. That legacy became even more personal in 2017 when my mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. The journey that followed was full of hard moments, but also deep support from family, friends, and my workplace.

During that season, my job gave me the freedom to be present at appointments without guilt—and when my mom passed, a large portion of the staff showed up at the funeral. That kind of care left a mark. It built loyalty, fueled passion, and amplified the impact I brought to my work. Their care made me a raving fan and champion for my employer and team.

That experience—and a lifetime of watching what happens when people feel genuinely seen—led me to launch bonded. Bonded is a strategic framework designed to help organizations grow by putting care at the center. Because when people feel valued, they don’t just stay—they thrive. And when they thrive, so does everything else.

How bonded works…

Bonded starts with a simple conversation.

We’ll hop on a call so I can get to know you, your organization, and the unique heartbeat behind what you do.

From there, I’ll create a personalized, strategic plan designed to bond you more deeply with your audience—built around four key areas of intentional care—plus the secret sauce: consistency through systems. Because care isn’t a one-time gesture. It’s a rhythm. A system. A strategy.
