Hi, I’m Andrea.
I’ve spent nearly two decades in ministry — almost half of that specifically in kids ministry. I started leading at the very beginning of a church plant, building a team and a ministry from the ground up with a handful of volunteers and a whole lot of faith. I watched that ministry grow through multisite expansion into a full, established church — and along the way, I grew right alongside it.
I took a volunteer team from 12 people to over 225 — not by working harder, but by building smarter. Systems for recruiting, onboarding, caring for, and developing volunteers. A culture where people genuinely wanted to show up. A pipeline that developed leaders who could carry the ministry forward. By the time I transitioned into a new role, the ministry was 98% staffed and holding the same strong retention rate we had built — because the systems, the culture, and the people were all in place. The leaders I developed are still leading it today, and it’s still growing.
